What it costs:

$5,350 per person: includes hotel accommodations, airport/hotel transfers, all ground transportation including ferry rides, all breakfasts and lunches, fees for professional local guides, entrance fees to all major museums and attractions.

Single Supplement: $975.

Not included: International airfare, dinners where indicated on itinerary, alcoholic beverages and tips for the local guides and drivers. Special optional tours not included: horseback safari, game park excursions, helicopter tours, as well as taxis and transportation for personal shopping or sightseeing excursions apart from the main group activities.

$600 to hold the reservation is due approximately 90 days before the trip start date. Full tour fee is due approximately 60 days prior to start date.

Your deposit, held in our trust account, will be fully refunded up to 45 days prior, if you need to cancel for any reason. If you cancel less than 45 days prior to start date of the trip, payment will be refunded except for a $600 cancellation fee.  The cancellation fee is necessary due to our commitment to our South African partners.

We reserve the right to cancel or alter any trip due to political or civil instability, acts of terrorism, war, or man-made or natural disasters.  Your safety is a top priority for us. If we need to cancel for safety reasons, your money will be refunded in full. We also reserve the right to change the itinerary without notice due to safety issues or what we deem unreasonable risk.

Coach airfare from the US will run from $1,000 to $2,225 per person depending on departure city, airline, the deal, and when you book. Some suggested routes:

• United/Lufthansa through London, Paris or Frankfurt to Johannesburg.

• Virgin Atlantic through London to Johannesburg.

• South Africa Airways through New York or Washington Dulles to  Johannesburg.

• British Airways and Air France also fly into SA.

•Delta Airlines from Atlanta.
